By downloading, installing, or using fabe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the app.
fabe is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
No account required. Fabe doesn't require sign-up. All your data stays on your device.
Fabe is completely free. There are no payments, subscriptions, or premium features. It will always be free.
You retain ownership of all content you create in fabe — your tasks, notes, calendar events, and reminders. All of your content stays on your device. fabe does not sync, transmit, or upload your content to us or to any server. You can manually export a backup file at any time using fabe's Backup & Restore feature; that file is saved to a location you choose and is never sent to us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to fabe at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use fabe immediately ceases.
Disclaimer: fabe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be always available or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fabe and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which fabe operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Your continued use of fabe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
