All of your data is stored locally on your device, ensuring that your privacy is fully maintained. The data stored includes vehicle information, maintenance records, and any other details you choose to input into the app.

2. Local Storage

All your data, including vehicle information, maintenance records, and other app-related data, is securely stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. We do not use cloud storage or any external servers to store your data.

3. Backups

You have the option to create manual backups of your data. These backups are stored locally on your device, and you have full control over when and where they are saved. Norimoto does not automatically back up your data to external servers.

4. Permissions

The app requires minimal permissions to function properly:

• Storage access (for local backups)
• Notification permission (for reminders about maintenance or other relevant notifications)

5. Data Security

We take data security seriously. Although Norimoto does not transmit your data externally, we implement strong local security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Your device’s native security features, such as encryption, should be used to safeguard your data.

6. Data Retention & User Rights

As your data is stored solely on your device, we do not retain any user data on external servers. You are free to delete or modify any information at any time through the app. Should you wish to delete all your app data, you can do so directly within the app’s settings.

If you reside in regions governed by privacy laws like the GDPR or CCPA, you have the right to request access to the data we store locally on your device and to request that any data be deleted.

7. Third-Party Services

Norimoto does not share any data with third-party services. We do not use any analytics or tracking services that collect personal information. The app is designed to work independently of third-party integrations to ensure your privacy.
