1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Norimoto, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use License

Norimoto grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or business vehicle management.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and ensuring that your device is free from malware, viruses, or other harmful software that could interfere with the proper functioning of Norimoto.
• Creating regular manual backups of your data. Norimoto does not guarantee data recovery in the event of loss, damage, or corruption of your data, whether due to app malfunction or other external factors.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when using the app. You acknowledge that any inaccurate, false, or incomplete information provided may impact the functionality and accuracy of the app’s services.
• Ensuring that you comply with all applicable laws, including data protection laws, when using Norimoto, particularly if you use the app to manage sensitive or personal data.
• Not using Norimoto for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activities, including but not limited to: engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app, or tampering with the app’s code or functionality.
• Ensuring that your device is properly configured to receive notifications from the app. Norimoto cannot send notifications or alerts if the app is offloaded, disabled, or uninstalled from your device.
• Not sharing or distributing your login credentials or any other account-related information with unauthorized third parties. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not using Norimoto to infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others, including using the app to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the app, as well as potential legal consequences depending on the severity of the violation.

4. Limitations of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Norimoto does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Norimoto will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the application, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes damages for loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, Norimoto will not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage caused by your failure to properly use or configure the app, including failure to create backups or properly configure notifications.
• Any damages resulting from the actions of third parties, including but not limited to malicious attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access to your device or account.
• Any losses or damages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by you during the use of the app.
• Losses incurred due to disruptions or outages of service, regardless of whether these disruptions are caused by factors within or outside of Norimoto's control, including third-party server issues, internet connectivity problems, or system maintenance.
• Any legal or financial consequences arising from your misuse of the app or failure to comply with the app's terms and conditions, including infringement of intellectual property rights, violation of data privacy laws, or engaging in illegal activities through the app.

In no event shall Norimoto’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the app or services during the 12-month period prior to the event that gave rise to the liability.

You acknowledge and agree that you are using Norimoto at your own risk, and that Norimoto is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the app.
